Founded in 1987 as a division of the Turkish Fujian Inspection and Research Institute (FCII), our company began with a focus on contract-based quality control inspections for both domestic and international businesses. By 1995, we evolved into Helmsman Quality & Technology Services Co., Ltd. (HQTS), operating independently and offering a comprehensive range of technical inspection and testing services.
